Do I need to bring my item already boxed?
No. Bring it as-is and we'll pack it professionally with the right box and cushioning. We even build custom boxes for odd shapes, artwork, antiques and electronics.
Can I drop off a prepaid package or return label?
Yes. We accept prepaid UPS and USPS package drop-offs, including e-commerce returns. Just bring the labeled package to the counter.
What's the cutoff to ship the same day?
Carriers pick up Monday through Friday, and pickup times vary by carrier and service. See today's times on our tracking page, or call and we'll tell you the best option.
What do I need for notary service?
Bring the unsigned document and a valid, government-issued photo ID for every signer. Don't sign beforehand, because the notary has to watch you sign.
How fast can you print business cards or flyers?
Many copy and print jobs are ready the same day. Custom and large orders depend on quantity and finish. Request a print quote and we'll give you an exact turnaround.
Can I use my mailbox address to register a business?
Yes. Our mailboxes come with a real street address and suite number that you can use for business registration, banking and your online listings.
